Wow - where were those first two photos taken??

The first are from a sunset dinner ontop of Crystal Mountain. Amazing, and obviously breathtaking meal! Creepy ride back down the mountain through mist and so dark you couldnt see the lift chair in front of you, but obviously well worth it!
